The tunnel lining ring is a universal type consisting of 6 pieces with an inner diameter of 5.7m, an outer diameter of 6.3m, a ring width of 1.5m and a thickness of 0.3m. Each tunnel segment is 1.5m long. In the photo, workers prepare the formwork, install reinforcement and accessories, and then pour concrete into the formwork. After that, the tunnel lining panels will be covered with sealed chambers to perform steam curing until the concrete reaches the specified compressive strength.
