Mr. Tran Trach, Commander of Package No. 22 of Phuc Thanh An Joint Stock Company, said that the construction unit has completed more than 4km of road base and asphalt carpet.

Talking to reporters, a technical officer in charge of the project said: Project component 2 includes package number 22 (Km22+283 to Km31+500) with a length of more than 9,2km.
Package number 23 (Km31+500 to Km41+500) has a length of 10km, these two packages are located in Ninh Son district, Ninh Thuan province.
After starting construction, due to forest land problems, the two packages were not constructed synchronously. By mid-March, the problem was basically resolved when the Prime Minister approved the policy of converting forest land.
The locality is diligently coordinating with relevant ministries and branches to complete documents on forest land conversion and hand over the site to the construction unit to soon connect the entire route.
Mr. Pham Minh Tan, Director of the Construction Investment Project Management Board of traffic works in Ninh Thuan province, said: According to the plan, component 2 project will be completed in 2025.
