Do Bich Dao – a former student of the Diplomatic Academy – has become a student of the Master of Education program at Victoria University (Australia), one of the top 2% of universities in the world. She is a special case, having overcome the visa barrier of the Hai Duong region – a high-risk area for Australian visas.

Dao shared: “When preparing to study abroad, I encountered some difficulties in the process of preparing documents, proving financial resources, writing essays, etc. I found it quite complicated for a newbie like me. For Le Thi Thuy Hang, born in 2006 from Quang Tri, she received a 50% scholarship at the Berlin School of Business and Innovation (BSBI).
