Built according to the GRI 2021 international standard, one of the most widely used ESG reporting frameworks globally, Elmich demonstrates a pioneering position in its commitment to transparent, sustainable development, with people and the environment at its center.

One of the standout features is the rooftop solar power system at the Elmich factory, which supplies up to 50% of the total electricity demand.
As a result, the company has reduced its CO₂ emissions by more than 1,300 tons annually, demonstrating a strategic step in reducing dependence on fossil fuels while optimizing operating costs and improving production efficiency in a green, clean, and sustainable manner.
Beyond energy, Elmich also implements a range of resource management solutions such as closely monitoring water usage, maintaining systems to prevent losses, and ensuring wastewater is treated according to regulations.
In the materials sector, the company has increased its waste recycling rate to 64%, aiming for 90% by 2030, while also building a new exhaust gas treatment area and replacing the old dust extraction system to reduce indoor air pollution.
Elmich has switched its product packaging to paper and biodegradable materials – a significant step that helps minimize plastic waste in the supply chain and increase environmental friendliness throughout the product lifecycle.
In addition, Elmich focuses on building a safe and fair working environment, ensuring occupational health for employees, and investing in training and capacity building for its workforce in line with sustainable development goals.
Elmich also expands its social impact through the "Green School" campaign. The program brings lessons on green and healthy living to students nationwide, helping them develop habits of saving energy, sorting waste, and protecting the environment through small daily actions.

The announcement of the ESG report according to GRI standards 2021 has helped Elmich obtain a "green passport," affirming its responsibility and commitment to sustainable development.
