In October and November, the "Ahoj, Wonderful Czech Republic" festival was held in Hanoi to celebrate the 106th anniversary of the Czech Republic's National Day and to mark a significant milestone in the nearly 30 years since the establishment of the Elmich Group.

The "Ahoj, Wonderful Czech Republic" festival promises to offer many exciting and entertaining activities.
The program offers free admission to visitors at two locations: Aeon Mall Ha Dong (October 11-13) and Aeon Mall Long Bien (November 1-3). With the participation of representatives from the Embassy of the Czech Republic (October 11) and representatives from Elmich Group, the festival promises to attract the attention of many people in the capital, especially young families, the Czech community living in Vietnam, and those who love European culture.
Cooking Show: Exquisite Czech flavors right here in Vietnam
One of the highlights of the event is the Cooking Show – a demonstration of Czech cuisine by leading professional chefs from Europe. Visitors can witness firsthand the preparation of traditional Czech dishes such as Bramboračka (potato soup), Pačena kachna zelím (roasted duck with cabbage), Hovězí guláš (traditional beef stew), Řízek (breaded and fried meat), and exquisite pastries.

Famous Czech chefs will prepare signature dishes, and customers can sample them for free.
Multicultural performance: A space showcasing traditional Czech and Vietnamese art.
The multicultural performance program celebrates the unique cultural aspects of the Czech Republic through traditional folk dances. The folk dances, with their vibrant costumes, create a lively artistic atmosphere, transporting attendees to a small corner of the Czech Republic.
