The drill was held on November 14th at the Provincial Conference Center, simulating a car fire caused by a fuel leak, which then spread to the upper floors, generating a large amount of smoke and toxic gases. Evacuation and firefighting efforts were extremely difficult, with many people trapped. Local fire departments raised the alarm and deployed on-site firefighting efforts, coordinating rescue operations and property relocation. Professional fire and rescue forces arrived at the scene to carry out their duties.

Colonel Nguyen Van Hanh presented certificates of commendation from the Provincial People's Committee to collectives that achieved outstanding results in organizing the exercise of the plan.

According to the Command Board's assessment, the participating forces demonstrated high levels of concentration, a strong sense of responsibility, and carried out their tasks seriously and effectively. Coordination between forces was synchronized and smooth, strictly adhering to the simulated scenarios and protocols, ensuring absolute safety for personnel and equipment. The exercise enhanced the readiness and preparedness to respond to fire and explosion incidents and handle accidents according to the "four on-the-spot" principle.
