Speaking at the workshop, Deputy Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment, Le Van Dong, emphasized: The plan to upgrade the value chain not only focuses on technical support, but also aims to perfect the entire system to standardize production processes according to safety standards; enhance capacity; support market connections; build a transparent information sharing mechanism; and strengthen the coordinating role of management agencies. This is the foundation for the stable development of the province's key value chains, reducing risks and increasing the value of goods, promoting close linkages between the state, businesses, and producers to improve production efficiency, agricultural product quality, and market competitiveness.
