The Standing Committee of the Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee will review and evaluate performance at the end of 2025.

On the afternoon of December 12th, Comrade Y Thanh Hà Niê Kđăm, Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, and Head of the Lam Dong Provincial Delegation to the National Assembly, chaired the Conference to review, evaluate, and classify the quality of the collective and individual members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee in 2025.

Comrade Y Thanh Ha Nie Kdam, Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, and Head of the Lam Dong Provincial Delegation to the National Assembly, chaired the conference.

Attending the Conference were: Dang Hong Sy, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Luu Van Trung, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Ho Van Muoi, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; and Pham Thi Phuc, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province.

In his address at the conference, Lam Dong Provincial Party Secretary Y Thanh Ha Nie Kdam emphasized that in 2025, the Lam Dong Provincial Party Standing Committee will focus on comprehensive leadership and guidance, achieving many positive results. The Provincial Party Standing Committee will effectively direct the implementation of Party building work and the restructuring of local government at two levels.

Localities successfully organized Party Congresses at the commune, ward, and special zone levels, as well as the First Congress of the Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term, leading up to the 14th National Party Congress. However, alongside the achievements, there are still many shortcomings and limitations that need to be addressed immediately.

Comrade Y Thanh Ha Nie Kdam, Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, and Head of the Lam Dong Provincial Delegation to the National Assembly, requested that the review, evaluation, and ranking of collectives and individuals be substantive.

The Provincial Party Secretary emphasized that the 2025 review conference is an important basis for the Standing Committee and individuals to clearly see the strengths, weaknesses, and shortcomings in their work. From there, the Provincial Party Standing Committee will focus on developing plans to lead the effective implementation of political tasks, socio-economic development, maintaining national defense and security, and creating a foundation for the next phase.

To improve operational efficiency in the coming period, the review and evaluation of collectives and individuals must be carried out in accordance with Regulation No. 366 dated August 30, 2025, of the Politburo . The evaluation and review process must be substantive and specific, adhering to the five criteria set forth, avoiding favoritism and evasion.

Members of the Standing Committee of the Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee attended the conference to review, evaluate, and rank performance at the end of 2025.

According to the assessment, in 2025, the Standing Committee of the Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Party Committee's Executive Board strictly adhered to and implemented the principles, procedures, and regulations of the Party, especially the principle of democratic centralism, collective leadership, and individual responsibility.

The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee has led and directed the strict implementation of the Central Committee's directives. The members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee have demonstrated a high level of exemplary conduct in carrying out their duties, proactively monitoring the areas and fields under their responsibility.

Deputy Secretary of the Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee, Dang Hong Sy, reported on the review, evaluation, and ranking of the quality of the collective and individual members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee in 2025.

The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee has focused on leading and directing the synchronized implementation of many solutions to overcome difficulties, unlock resources, and create conditions for socio-economic development.

As a result, the province's economy achieved many positive results, with 7 out of 13 targets and sectors meeting or exceeding the set plan. The fields of culture, social affairs, health, and education continued to receive attention and guidance, basically meeting the material needs of the people.

Comrade Luu Van Trung, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Lam Dong Provincial People's Council, contributed his comments to the report reviewing, evaluating, and classifying the quality of collectives and individuals of the Provincial Party Standing Committee in 2025.

The work of building and strengthening the Party and the political system, and building a streamlined, efficient, and effective organizational structure, has been carried out regularly. The fight against corruption, waste, and negative phenomena has been prevented and pushed back, contributing to the completion of many important tasks.

The review meeting of the Standing Committee of the Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee will be held over a period of 3 days, in accordance with regulations.
