Authorities in Xuan Truong ward, Da Lat city, Lam Dong province, have enforced the demolition of six unlicensed constructions and ordered the implementation of remedial measures as required by law.
On the afternoon of December 12th, the People's Committee of Xuan Truong Ward, Da Lat City, announced that the local authorities had just carried out the forced demolition of 6 construction projects built without permits in the area.
The illegal constructions are located on plots 863, map sheet 2; plot 103, map sheet 6; plots 52, 172, 1702, map sheet 10, in Tu Tao 3 and Tay Ho 1 residential areas; and the owners are required to take remedial measures as prescribed.

The individuals or organizations responsible for these violations could not be identified. These are six houses with a total area of 383.5 m² ; the smallest is 44 m² and the largest is 104 m² . They have a steel frame structure, corrugated iron walls, corrugated iron roofs, and floors made of cemboard and concrete… all of which are unfinished and not yet in use.
The enforcement of regulations against illegal constructions is carried out in accordance with legal procedures, ensuring the strict enforcement of the law.

Previously, during an inspection, the authorities of Xuan Truong ward, Da Lat, discovered six illegal constructions. Subsequently, the People's Committee of the ward developed a plan to organize the forced demolition in accordance with the law.
According to the People's Committee of Xuan Truong Ward, Da Lat, in recent times, especially since the implementation of the two-tiered local government system, the management of construction order and urban order in the area has received special attention from the local authorities.

Most recently, in November 2025, the authorities of Xuan Truong ward, Da Lat, encouraged many individuals to voluntarily dismantle illegal constructions; at the same time, they organized the forced demolition and remedial measures for 12 illegal constructions on agricultural land.
