On the afternoon of December 12th, after nearly three days of the first Lam Dong Province Gong Club Festival 2025, the Lam Dong Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism held the closing ceremony and awarded prizes to the participating groups and individuals who achieved high results.

Local artisans performed folk art, introduced traditional costumes, reenacted excerpts from festivals and ethnic cultural rituals; participated in a traditional food preparation competition; displayed and promoted characteristic cultural products… creating a vibrant space for cultural exchange.
At the closing ceremony of the festival, the Organizing Committee awarded 3 first prizes to the teams of artisans from 3 communes/wards, including Nam Nung, Bac Binh, and Lang Biang-Da Lat; and 3 second prizes and 4 third prizes to clubs with many outstanding, distinctive, and culturally rich performances and programs.

The Head of the Judging Panel, Deputy Director of the Lam Dong Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Le Thi Truc Linh, assessed that the event contributed to raising awareness of preserving, maintaining, and promoting the traditional cultural values of ethnic minorities; creating opportunities for artisans to interact, exchange experiences, and strengthen community cohesion . It was also an opportunity to promote the image of Lam Dong's nature, people, and tourism to domestic and international visitors.

This festival also demonstrates the province's commitment to prioritizing the preservation of cultural values of ethnic communities in the process of socio-economic development, especially in the context of Lam Dong having recently merged from three former provinces (Lam Dong, Binh Thuan, and Dak Nong), becoming the province with the largest natural area in the country, with 49 ethnic groups creating a vast and diverse cultural space.
