As a special event commemorating the 106th anniversary of the Czech Republic's National Day, the "Ahoj, Wonderful Czech Republic" festival offers an opportunity to experience colorful Czech culture, with the participation of representatives from the Czech Embassy, Aeon Mall Ha Dong Shopping Center, and Elmich Group.
Taking place over three days from October 11th to 13th at Aeon Mall Ha Dong, the "Ahoj, Wonderful Czech Republic" festival – a space for cultural exchange, food, and music – quickly became a focal point, attracting nearly 20,000 customers to participate and experience it.
Traditional Czech dishes are brought to you by two chefs: Chef Karel Havlíček, a chef with 25 years of experience in high-end hotels and restaurants in the Czech Republic and other European countries, and Hoang Van Duong, a top chef with experience and passion for Vietnamese cuisine , offering dishes that blend the diverse culinary traditions of these two cultures.
Ms. Nikola Sichlerová, Economic and Trade Counselor at the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Vietnam, highly appreciated Elmich's role as a bridge between the two countries: “The relationship between the Czech Republic and Vietnam has developed strongly, stemming from mutual respect, cooperation, and a commitment to progress.
