The 17th Vietnam International Exhibition on Environment and Energy Technology (ENTECH Vietnam) successfully concluded in Hanoi after three days of organization from June 25-27 at the International Exhibition Center (ICE).

First held in 2009 and maintained annually, ENTECH Vietnam is co-organized by BEXCO, Today Energy and the Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA), under the auspices of the Busan Metropolitan Government, Korea. The event is considered one of the largest specialized exhibitions on environment and energy in Southeast Asia, especially emphasizing the role of supporting Korean enterprises to expand their presence in foreign markets.
This year, the exhibition attracted 206 companies from 5 countries, including 102 Korean companies, along with more than 6,000 visitors and transactions during the event. This reflects Vietnam's growing interest in the fields of sustainable energy and environment.

Notably, KOTRA has organized a series of export consulting programs such as KOTRA Export Consulting, ENTECH Asia Consulting and Electricity and Power Generation Export Consulting. Through more than 500 direct working sessions with 224 international purchasing partners, Korean enterprises have achieved a total consulting value of up to 2.3 billion USD, of which the potential contract value is estimated at 780 million USD.
In addition to consulting activities, the event also organized a Korean-Vietnamese Business Connection Exchange meeting, bringing together 11 Korean businesses and 33 Vietnamese partners. This is considered an effective bridge to help businesses of the two countries seek cooperation opportunities in a friendly and open space.
In addition, a product presentation area was also set up right on the exhibition grounds, where 10 Korean enterprises introduced new technologies and solutions in water treatment, air quality improvement and energy efficiency.
Speaking at the event, Mr. Sohn Soo-Deuk, General Director of BEXCO emphasized: "ENTECH Vietnam is a typical example of success in bringing Korean exhibitions to the international market. We will continue to expand the global influence of domestic exhibitions, helping Korean businesses, especially in Busan, access potential markets like Vietnam".
With the positive results achieved, ENTECH Vietnam continues to affirm its role as a strategic trading platform for businesses operating in the field of environment and energy in the Asian region./.
