GELEX and its member unit Viglacera continue to be enterprises meeting Information Disclosure Standards in 2025
The selection criteria are based on a comprehensive survey of information disclosure activities of all listed enterprises on the Vietnamese stock market. This year, the program surveyed a total of 691 enterprises and recognized 460 enterprises that met the Information Disclosure Standards for 2025.
In this list, GELEX and Viglacera have fulfilled their information disclosure obligations. In particular, information and reports are published on time, promptly, and with quality, helping investors access quickly, fully, and accurately on media such as: Company website, specialized pages of HoSE, HNX, and State Securities Commission.
Not only that, GELEX and its units have also issued regulations and procedures for information disclosure, and proactively researched and updated relevant legal regulations.
In the context of the capital market increasingly placing high demands on transparency, information disclosure is not only an obligation to comply with legal regulations, but also becomes a core factor reflecting the level of professionalism, responsibility and reputation of listed enterprises.
The recognition from IR Awards 2025 once again affirms the sustainable and transparent development direction that the GELEX system always steadfastly pursues, for the long-term benefits of shareholders and the community.
