During the Pho Festival, at the culinary area in Van Cu village communal house, the process of making the famous pho dish was carried out by artisans in the village, attracting the participation of a large number of people, domestic and foreign tourists. water. Efforts to develop Nam Dinh pho profession

To preserve the family tradition and original values ​​from their ancestors, pho makers from Van Cu Village gathered artisans to establish the Van Cu Pho Club, building the Van Cu Traditional Pho Association (under the Association of Pho Nam Dinh Culinary Culture Association). 

Artisan Co Nhu Doi, a son of Van Cu village, a 4th generation pho maker with more than 35 years of experience, shares his thoughts: "We want to make real quality dishes by making real dishes from scratch." The real people of Van Cu village. We are also thinking about building pho shops in Van Cu village with consistency in quality and signage to serve as a brand to identify with tourists."

Also on the morning of March 15, the Chin-su brand signed a cooperation agreement with the Pho Association of Van Cu village to join hands to protect, develop and honor the pho profession, contributing to preserving national culture and development. local economy. At the same time, Masan Consumer also awarded 3 million VND to support the Nam Dinh Provincial Culinary Culture Association in implementing the Van Cu pho heritage program.

The series of events held over 3 days in Nam Dinh province is expected to attract a large number of tourists. Pho Festival 2024 with the theme "Vietnamese Pho Road" takes place from March 15 - 17, 3, directed by Nam Dinh Provincial People's Committee and co-organized by Masan Consumer Goods Joint Stock Company; with the companionship of the Vietnam Fish Sauce Association, brands Chin-su and Pho Story.
