FPT Hue welcomes residents to charge their devices and seek shelter amidst the flood.
Amidst the historic floods, with rainfall in Hue City exceeding 1,085mm in 24 hours, FPT opened the dormitories of its primary, secondary, and high schools to accommodate residents, especially the elderly and children, seeking shelter.
The school proactively prepared instant noodles, eggs, drinking water, and other essential supplies before the heavy rain, and also checked the safety of electricity, water, and emergency exits to accommodate people in a short period of time. The dormitory area was inspected for electrical and water safety and emergency exits to ensure it could accommodate many people in a short time.

In the event of widespread power outages and communication disruptions due to flooding and heavy rain, FPT also opened its headquarters and some locations with safe generators so that people could charge their devices, maintain communication, and connect with outside support.

In addition, in Da Nang , FPT employees contributed funds and money to purchase essential supplies, personally packing hundreds of relief packages right at the FPT Complex office. When floodwaters rose, isolating many areas, employees coordinated with authorities to break down goods into smaller packages, securely tying them up and placing them on drones and boats, delivering "flights of compassion" to people in the flood-stricken areas.
Long Chau provides emergency medical supplies and medicines.
In response to the severe consequences of prolonged heavy rains and floods in the central provinces, FPT quickly deployed numerous emergency support activities, joining hands with the people to overcome difficulties. On October 31st, the Long Chau pharmacy chain donated 1 ton of medicine and medical supplies to the Hue City Department of Health, including various treatment drugs and essential medical supplies to help people prevent post-flood diseases.
On November 2nd, FPT continued its support by providing an additional 3 tons of medicine and medical supplies to flood victims in Da Nang and Quang Ngai. Two tons were sent to Da Nang and one ton to Quang Ngai, including various common medicines, vitamins, disinfectants, and other medical supplies to help care for people's health in areas still deeply flooded, without electricity, and lacking medical supplies.

The shipments were prepared and transported overnight, carrying concern, understanding, and affection from afar to the central region of Vietnam. Alongside emergency relief efforts, the company will continue to coordinate with local health authorities to implement programs for health check-ups, healthcare, and community support during the post-disaster recovery phase.
The "Helping Our Compatriots Overcome Floods" campaign rebuilds school facilities.
Beyond providing quick and timely support, and with the desire to rebuild affected schools and help teachers and students return to the classroom as soon as possible, the Hope Foundation (co-founded by FPT and VnExpress) launched the "Together with our compatriots to overcome the floods" campaign, with the participation of FPT employees and the FPT People for Community Foundation.
Recently, the campaign launched its first phase of support for 15 schools in Tuyen Quang, Thanh Hoa, and Nghe An provinces. The campaign will continue in Thai Nguyen and Lang Son provinces and expand to many other localities, with a total budget of over 9 billion VND.

From North to South, the hearts of FPT employees have turned towards Central Vietnam, promptly contributing to support the people in overcoming difficulties and helping to restore normal life after the natural disaster, spreading the spirit of "mutual support and compassion".
