FSEL stands for Five-Star E-Learning, where the five stars represent the curriculum, teachers, performance evaluation, technology, and design. The idea for FSEL originated in 2020, when the Covid-19 pandemic presented both challenges and opportunities for language training centers to keep pace with the digital revolution. After more than four years of research and development by leading experts in each field, from education to technology, in Vietnam and around the world, FSEL was launched nationwide with a top-notch version for learners not only in Vietnam but also globally. At FSEL, the entire comprehensive and high-quality English language training program is combined with the advantages of a technology platform, providing learners with a superior and unique product.

The FSEL online learning platform uses the Cambridge standard curriculum to help students develop 6 skills: Listening, Speaking (Pronunciation), Reading, Writing, Vocabulary, and Grammar. It can replace in-center learning programs at a cost of only 10,000 VND/day. FSEL lessons are designed to be highly interactive and include three main parts: interactive 1:1 video lectures with native English-speaking teachers; interactive 1:1 learning forums with AI; and homework assignments. In addition, FSEL integrates advanced technologies such as AI Chatbot and AI-powered grading to enhance learning effectiveness. Since the beginning of 2024, the FSEL online learning platform has been continuously experienced by hundreds of middle and high school students. After more than 5 months of experiential learning at FSEL, the students participated in the Cambridge English and IELTS exams, demonstrating clear effectiveness in improving their English skills. Specifically, for the middle school program, 100% of FSEL pilot students participated in the Cambridge English exam held on July 5, 2024 . Achieving and exceeding the set goals, 20% of outstanding students improved by 2 levels compared to their initial proficiency assessment. For the IELTS exam, 90% of participating students achieved their expected goals and had an overall average score of 6.5 or higher across all skills. This result has inspired many students who aspire to join online English classes on the FSEL platform.
