BAC NINH - Persistently traversing the roads from the lowlands to the highlands, the Bac Ninh Provincial Mobile Propaganda Team has become a solid "bridge" between the Party, the government, and the people. Through songs and performances, this force brings information to villages and hamlets, while simultaneously igniting love, pride in their homeland, and fostering community cohesion.

Throughout development, culture has always played a fundamental spiritual role, contributing to shaping identity and uniting communities. In Bac Ninh , the Mobile Propaganda Team is not only a core force in disseminating the Party's guidelines and policies, and the State's laws and regulations, but also acts as a silent "artist," bringing songs and music to every village, inspiring faith, pride, and the strength of unity in each citizen.

The Bac Ninh Provincial Mobile Propaganda Team is touring and performing for the people of Bac Giang ward on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day on September 2nd.

For generations, the image of mobile propaganda vehicles with loudspeakers echoing throughout villages and hamlets has become a cherished part of our memories. During times of hardship, these simple mobile performances in village courtyards and under the eaves of community centers helped deliver timely information to the people, encouraging a spirit of competition in production, combat, and homeland development. Today, in the digital age and with modern media, the Mobile Propaganda Team continues to play its role as a "bridge" between the Party, the government, and the people through vibrant artistic and visual propaganda programs. From remote areas to urban centers, wherever there are mobile propaganda programs, there is a lively atmosphere filled with laughter, songs, and the participation of the people.

The Provincial Mobile Propaganda Team, formed from the merger of the former mobile propaganda teams of Bac Giang and Bac Ninh provinces, is under the direct control of the Provincial Center for Culture and Tourism Promotion. It is the main force in propaganda through performing arts. With a flexible combination of music, short plays, Quan Ho folk songs, and skits, the team's performances are always relatable, easy to understand, and convey information naturally. In particular, the team of propagandists – mostly amateur artists but with great dedication and a deep understanding of local customs and traditions – have contributed to creating authentic and emotionally rich performances. The content of the propaganda is updated periodically, linked to important socio- political events such as elections, rural development, environmental protection, traffic safety, disease prevention and control, and maintaining national security and defense. In recent years, the team has focused on promoting the "All People Unite to Build a Culturally Rich Life" movement, building civilized lifestyles in weddings, funerals, and festivals. Promoting the "Study and follow the ideology, ethics, and style of Ho Chi Minh"...

With the motto "Timely dissemination of information - Authentic art - Community engagement," the team of communicators is spreading positive messages, inspiring patriotism, civic responsibility, and working together to build an increasingly prosperous and civilized homeland.
