At Ben Luc Water Supply and Urban Services Joint Stock Company, Chairman of Ben Luc District Labor Federation - Nguyen Van Thanh acknowledged and highly appreciated the results in the emulation movement "Excellent Labor, Creative Labor" of laborers and grassroots trade unions in the past year.
He hopes that the leaders of the enterprise and the company's grassroots trade union will continue to create favorable conditions for employees to conduct scientific research, improve technology , and work creatively; better care for and protect the legitimate rights and interests of union members and employees; have mechanisms and policies to promptly encourage and reward emulation movements to develop more strongly.

Ben Luc District Labor Federation gives gifts to workers and laborers
For each issue that employees are interested in and have questions about, the Board of Directors of Ben Luc Water Supply and Urban Services Joint Stock Company enthusiastically answers. In particular, the issue of investment in expanding and replacing pipelines, at the beginning of the year, the Board of Directors of the Company directed specialized departments to conduct a field survey of pipelines, especially old pipelines, to develop a specific plan and propose to superiors for replacement.
In addition, every year, the Company's Board of Directors coordinates with the Company's grassroots trade union to develop a plan to organize tours for employees to create conditions for employees to have fun and relax after a year of hard work.

During the two meetings and listening sessions, the Ben Luc District Labor Federation presented 50 gifts to disadvantaged workers of Bao Bao Production and Trade Company Limited and Ben Luc Water Supply and Urban Services Joint Stock Company. Each gift was worth 1 million VND, including 700,000 VND in cash and 300,000 VND in necessities.
The forum ended in an atmosphere of excitement and consensus.
