Amidst the vibrant atmosphere of the 2025 Workers' Month activities, the forum for meetings and dialogues themed "Workers for Enterprises, Enterprises for Workers," organized by the Ben Luc District Labor Union in Long An Province, holds practical significance for workers and laborers. This is an opportunity for business leaders to listen to the thoughts, aspirations, and suggestions for solutions from the workforce – those directly involved in labor and production – contributing to building harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations within enterprises.

The "Workers for Enterprises, Enterprises for Workers" dialogue forum was organized by the Ben Luc District Labor Union at two enterprises in the area: Bao Bao Production and Trading Company Limited and Ben Luc Urban Water Supply and Services Joint Stock Company. The forum took place in an open, frank, and constructive atmosphere, contributing to strengthening solidarity and close ties between employers and employees, as well as with the trade union organization.

At Ben Luc Urban Water Supply and Services Joint Stock Company, the Chairman of the Ben Luc District Labor Union, Nguyen Van Thanh, acknowledged and highly appreciated the results of the "Excellent Worker, Creative Worker" emulation movement of workers and grassroots trade unions over the past year.

He hopes that the company's leadership and grassroots trade union will continue to create favorable conditions for workers to conduct scientific research, improve technology , and engage in creative work; further improve the care and protection of the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers; and establish mechanisms and policies to promptly encourage and reward workers so that emulation movements can develop more strongly.

The Board of Directors of Ben Luc Urban Water Supply and Services Joint Stock Company also provided information on the production and business situation over the past year, especially the difficulties encountered. However, the company still strives to maintain employment, ensure income, and gradually improve welfare, making efforts to take care of its employees .

During this exchange and meeting, many workers of Ben Luc Urban Water Supply and Services Joint Stock Company boldly raised their opinions, questions, and concerns, as well as shared their thoughts and proposed solutions to the company's leadership.

In particular, Mr. Le Huu Thong proposed providing supplementary meals or flexible compensatory time off for workers on long shifts handling incidents. Mr. Dang Minh Dung expressed interest in planning a sightseeing trip for workers this year to ensure proactive preparation. Mr. Tran Minh Tien, on the other hand, proposed a plan to invest in expanding and replacing old pipelines to ensure revenue and prevent water loss.

For each issue of concern and inquiry raised by the workers, the Board of Directors of Ben Luc Water Supply and Urban Services Joint Stock Company provided thorough answers. In particular, regarding the investment in expanding and replacing pipelines, at the beginning of the year, the Board of Directors instructed specialized departments to conduct on-site surveys of pipelines, especially old ones, to develop a specific plan and propose replacements to higher authorities.

In addition, every year, the company's Board of Directors, in coordination with the company's trade union, develops a plan to organize sightseeing tours for workers, aiming to provide them with opportunities for recreation and relaxation after a year of hard work.

This activity also fosters camaraderie among the company's employees. Depending on operating conditions, the company organizes short or long-distance trips for its employees.

During two meetings and listening sessions, the Ben Luc District Labor Union presented 50 gift packages to disadvantaged workers of Bao Bao Production and Trading Co., Ltd. and Ben Luc Urban Water Supply and Services Joint Stock Company. Each gift package, worth 1 million VND, included 700,000 VND in cash and essential goods worth 300,000 VND.

The forum concluded in an atmosphere of enthusiasm and consensus. Legitimate questions and suggestions from workers were listened to and fully addressed, demonstrating respect for workers and contributing to motivating them to continue their commitment, efforts in labor, creativity, and greater contributions to the sustainable development of enterprises, in line with the spirit of "workers for enterprises, enterprises for workers."
