Garnacho's time at Old Trafford may be running out. |
According to The Athletic , Garnacho's departure from Old Trafford is entirely possible if MU receives a reasonable offer. Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano also confirmed that the future of the young Argentine talent is facing a turning point in the summer of 2025.
Big clubs like Chelsea, Napoli and Juventus are all said to be interested in Garnacho. Sky Sports revealed that "The Blues" could restart the deal to recruit Garnacho but they prioritize resolving the future of Jadon Sancho.
With the financial situation difficult, selling Garnacho could help MU improve its finances and comply with the regulations on profit and sustainability (PSR). Garnacho is a product of MU's training, so any fee earned from the transfer of the player will be counted as pure profit.
The Red Devils are planning to overhaul their attack, with Matheus Cunha and Liam Delap potential targets. Garnacho, on the other hand, does not fit into coach Ruben Amorim's 3-4-3 formation.
The 20-year-old has also struggled to maintain consistent form, scoring just three goals and providing five assists in 33 appearances. Despite his potential to become a world- class player, Garnacho’s finishing still needs improvement.
