Coffee price forecast for tomorrow, December 16 , 2024
Despite unfavorable weather conditions in the Central Highlands due to prolonged heavy rains, farmers there are still accelerating the coffee harvest. The coffee beans are ripening rapidly, and if not harvested, the husks will crack, seriously affecting quality. Furthermore, world coffee prices have begun to stabilize and have slightly decreased on some exchanges, so farmers are likely selling to lock in profits and avoid a sharp drop in prices.

Furthermore, according to information from the Brazilian Coffee Exporters Association (CECAFE), Brazil and other major producing countries are continuing to boost coffee exports after the 2024-2025 harvest, contributing to supplementing market supply in the short term and putting pressure on prices. The Brazilian Coffee Exporters Association (CECAFE) announced that in November, the South American country exported 4.66 million 60kg bags of coffee, a 5.4% increase compared to the same month in 2023. For the first 11 months of 2024, Brazil's coffee exports reached a record high of nearly 46.4 million bags, exceeding the 2020 peak by 3.78% and increasing by 32.2% compared to the same period in 2023. Previously, the Brazilian government announced that in November, the country exported more than 285,000 tons of green coffee beans, a 21.6% increase compared to the same period in 2023.
Accordingly, experts predict that coffee prices tomorrow, December 16, 2024, will stabilize and tend to decrease slightly.
