For each category, the Organizing Committee will select and award the best works, announced on December 12. The total value of the prize is up to 630 million VND along with media benefits on VnExpress Newspaper. In addition, the winning works will be considered for implementation and use in propaganda, promotion, tourism promotion activities, serving the economic development, socio-culture, domestic and foreign affairs of Ho Chi Minh City.
