Internal Affairs meeting, Quarter I/2025

On the afternoon of April 15, comrade Nguyen Huong Giang, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council chaired the first quarter internal affairs meeting and deployed the bloc's key tasks in the second quarter of 2025. Also attending the meeting were comrades of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee: Nguyen Dinh Loi, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee; Bui Duy Hung, Director of the Provincial Police Department; Ta Dang Doan, Secretary of the Bac Ninh City Party Committee. Leaders of the District Party Committees, Town Party Committees and City Party Committees, along with relevant departments and branches.

Conference overview

In the first quarter of 2025, the agencies of the Internal Affairs sector actively and proactively advised the Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, the Provincial Steering Committee for Anti-Corruption, Wastefulness and Negativity and Party committees at all levels to successfully complete the set goals and tasks. They grasped the situation and effectively handled arising issues related to political security, social order and safety; Detected, fought and prevented all types of crimes and violations of the law in a timely manner. In the fight against crimes and violations of the law, the Provincial Police received and resolved 731 crime reports, detected and handled 122 cases with 143 subjects of economic corruption, 130 cases of environmental law violations and 205 drug cases.

Conference delegates

The People's Courts at two levels have resolved over 1,300 cases; Civil enforcement has completed over 1,940 cases. Over 1,600 citizen visits have been carried out and over 1,400 petitions have been received.

Based on the opinions of the delegates and concluding the conference, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Huong Giang emphasized the key tasks in the second quarter, requesting that agencies in the bloc closely follow the conclusions and directions of the Central Government in internal affairs, preventing and combating corruption, waste, negativity and judicial reform, in conjunction with the timely implementation of the arrangement and streamlining of the apparatus organization, and the implementation of the 2-level government model at the local level.

Strengthen coordination and advisory work to ensure political security and social order and safety in the province.
