During the cultural exchange night, officers and soldiers were informed about the 77-year tradition of building, fighting, and maturing of the provincial armed forces.
Over the past 77 years, under the leadership of the Party, the Central Military Commission, the Ministry of National Defense , the Party Committee of the 2nd Military Region Command, and directly the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee, the provincial armed forces have always upheld the essence and traditions of Uncle Ho's soldiers, maintaining a high level of revolutionary vigilance, readiness for combat, and successfully fulfilling all assigned tasks, fostering the tradition of "Loyalty - Unity - Heroism - Victory".
The cultural exchange program "Deepening the Bond Between the Military and the People" featured nearly 20 performances of folk dances and music by officers and soldiers from the Provincial Military Command, as well as women's associations and affiliated units. The performances focused on the Party, the great President Ho Chi Minh, the heroic Vietnam People's Army, the revolutionary traditions of Tuyen Quang province, and the traditions of the provincial armed forces.
