At the same time, it aims to strengthen the promotion and dissemination of cultural heritage; organize cultural, sports, and tourism activities associated with tourism development, meeting the needs of people and tourists for experience and exploration; and contribute to promoting local economic development.

According to the Phu Tho Provincial Traffic Safety Board, after the Lunar New Year and the Spring Festival, the number of people and vehicles participating in traffic increases significantly, posing a potential risk of traffic accidents, especially in the Hung Temple and Au Co Mother Temple areas where a large number of people and tourists come to worship and perform rituals.

To ensure traffic safety, the Provincial Traffic Safety Committee has directed functional forces to strengthen patrols and inspections, strictly handle violations, and create favorable conditions for residents and tourists. Departments and localities continue to implement plans to enhance transportation capacity; organize traffic, and ensure the safety of infrastructure, especially on sections of routes that are both in operation and under construction... Traffic police continue to conduct strict patrols and inspections, focusing on handling violations that are direct causes of traffic accidents and congestion.

According to the Provincial Traffic Police Department, officers are on duty 24/7 on the roads to support and guide people during their journeys back to their hometowns for Tet (Lunar New Year) and returning to work after Tet.

On most national highways and gateways to Viet Tri city and the local area, traffic police are still effectively implementing traffic diversion plans, preventing congestion on key routes.

During the 9-day Lunar New Year holiday (from January 25th to February 2nd), traffic police throughout the province inspected, detected, and issued violation notices to 2,030 cases of road traffic safety violations, imposing fines totaling over 2.5 billion VND, revoking driving licenses, professional certificates, and qualifications of 19 individuals, and temporarily seizing 225 vehicles.
