In the spirit of mutual support and community service, the Trade Union and Youth Union of the Hanoi Railway Exploitation Branch, in coordination with the Youth Union of the Vietnam Railway Corporation, units in the Railway Youth Cluster Region I, and Viet Duc Hospital, organized the 2026 Voluntary Blood Donation Program. The event, held on the morning of April 21, 2026, attracted a large number of railway employees and workers, carrying a meaningful message about the humane spirit of saving lives.
