♦In the current context, how has the education sector innovated to meet the basic and comprehensive requirements of education and training, madam?

- Implementing the direction of the Ministry of Education and Training on the emulation movement "Innovation and creativity in management, teaching and learning", the Dak Lak Education sector has deployed it synchronously to 100% of educational institutions. The movement has become a driving force to help the team of managers and teachers constantly innovate methods, improve the quality of student care and education.

Units link emulation movements with key tasks of the school year, focusing on student-centered teaching methods, enhancing experiential activities, life skills education and organizing STEAM activities suitable for each region. Many typical models have been effectively implemented and replicated such as "Building a green - clean - beautiful - safe educational environment", "Enhancing Vietnamese language for ethnic minority children", "Application of information technology in organizing educational activities" and "Education associated with local cultural identity"...

Management, records, dissemination and assessment of education quality are all digitized. Schools innovate lesson plans, apply teaching methods to develop students' qualities and abilities; proactively apply technology, build electronic learning materials, assessment software, and initially apply artificial intelligence (AI) in teaching.

♦How does the education sector move towards smart, integrated and sustainable education?

- In the 2025-2026 school year, the Dak Lak provincial education sector identified this as the key year for digital transformation and improving data management capacity. The sector continues to concretize the Party and State's policies on streamlining the apparatus, decentralizing and decentralizing education management according to the two-level government model.

At the same time, the province is promoting the planning of the school network, solidifying facilities, and investing in equipment to meet the requirements of the 2018 General Education Program. The work of developing the team of teachers and managers continues to be focused on, ensuring enough teachers for specific subjects, overcoming the situation of local surplus and shortage. Administrative reform and application of information technology in management and teaching are promoted.

The sector also focuses on improving the quality of comprehensive education, developing key education, ethnic education and integration for students with disabilities; continuing to promote the movements "Good teaching - Good learning", "Innovation and creativity in teaching and learning" associated with "Building green - clean - beautiful - safe schools". In addition, the education sector has proposed many tasks and solutions to implement Resolution 71 of the Politburo...

♦In the current educational context, how is the role of teachers perceived and what professional and ethical standards do they need to meet, madam?

- This year, for the first time, the teaching profession has been legalized by the Law on Teachers, marking an important step forward in affirming the position and protecting the rights of the teaching staff. From the nation's tradition of "respecting teachers and valuing education", these values have now been concretized by legal regulations, creating a solid foundation for the teaching profession to be respected and developed to its full potential.

In the context of educational innovation, teachers not only impart knowledge but also play a role in guiding the personality and inspiring students. Therefore, each teacher needs to constantly practice ethics, improve professional capacity, learning spirit and creativity. They must be a shining example of personality, fairness in teaching, responsibility in work and love for students. With the good tradition of the industry and the efforts of each teacher, I believe that today's teaching staff will fulfill their responsibility well, contributing to building a humane, modern and quality education.

♦On the occasion of the 43rd anniversary of Vietnamese Teachers' Day (November 20, 1982 - November 20, 2025), do you have any words to share with cadres, teachers, and those working in the education sector?

- On the occasion of the 43rd anniversary of Vietnamese Teachers' Day, I would like to express my deep gratitude to all teachers and those who are silently contributing to the education sector. I would like to take this opportunity to send my best wishes for health, joy and happiness to everyone, and hope that each teacher will always keep the flame of passion for teaching, with a heart full of enthusiasm to continue to guide, inspire and train generations of excellent students.
