Visiting the Chiềng Hặc Commune Public Administrative Service Center these days, one is impressed by the serious and scientific working atmosphere. Administrative procedures are clearly and publicly displayed in the most easily visible locations. The staff are organized according to specific areas of expertise, ensuring that every citizen receives a warm welcome and thorough guidance.
Mr. Song A De from On Oc village arrived at the Public Administrative Service Center and had his documents certified in just over 10 minutes. Mr. De happily shared: "At first, when I heard about the changes in the commune's working methods, I was worried that my unfamiliarity with the equipment would take too long. But in reality, when I came to the Center, the staff guided me very carefully, from how to fill out the forms to signing the documents. Everything went quickly and efficiently, without the long waits I had before."
Mr. Mua Lao Lau, a specialist at the Chieng Hac Commune Public Administrative Service Center, said: "Since implementing the two-tiered government model, the number of people coming to transact at the commune has increased. Although most administrative procedures are carried out through the National Public Service Portal, due to the limited technological literacy of the people, many still do not know how to operate in the digital environment. We have directly guided people step-by-step to ensure that administrative procedures are processed as quickly and efficiently as possible."

Currently, the Chiềng Hặc Commune Public Administrative Service Center has staff in charge of the following areas: Justice - Civil Registry, Land, Finance - Construction, Internal Affairs, Culture, Health, Education , Labor - War Invalids and Social Affairs. Ms. Vì Thúy Nhẫn, Director of the Center, said: From the beginning of the year until now, the Center has received and processed more than 1,500 administrative procedure files of all kinds, with a timely processing rate of over 98%. Currently, the Center is coordinating with the Commune Police to assist people in completing the registration of VNeID electronic identity at level 2.
In addition, to improve access to public services for people and businesses in Chieng Hac commune, the Party Committee and People's Committee of Chieng Hac commune have proactively deployed mobile working groups. Each village has a community digital technology team consisting of Youth Union members and influential individuals knowledgeable in local customs and languages, who are mobilized to go down to each village to explain and guide, making the propaganda content easy to understand and remember.
Mr. Cao Xuan Dung, Chairman of the People's Committee of Chieng Hac commune, said: "In the context of an increasingly developing society, the people's demands for the quality of service from state agencies are becoming higher. In the coming time, the commune will focus on organizing training courses to improve communication skills and specialized professional skills for officials and civil servants; continue to invest in more technological equipment to ensure the service of the people and businesses. We will also promote the role of community digital technology groups in disseminating information and guiding people to carry out administrative procedures in the digital environment..."
With the perseverance of its officials and the enthusiastic support of the people, Chieng Hac is gradually removing the "digital barrier," moving towards building a digital government that is close to the people and for the people, making an important contribution to maintaining political security, social order and safety, and creating momentum for local economic development.
