Attending the event were Mr. Pham Hung Thai - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Mr. Vo Quoc Thang - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; Mr. Truong Tan Dat - Deputy Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment; Mr. Trinh Ngoc Phuong - Secretary of the Go Dau District Party Committee; and Mr. Nguyen Van Nhu - Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the District People's Committee.
Of the 30 houses handed over, 13 were newly built and 17 were renovated. The newly built houses were handed over to the following families: Ta Hung Phong (born in 1957), Ho Thi Thuy (born in 1972), Nguyen Thi Lien (born in 1961), Tran Thi Duoc (born in 1962), Nguyen Thi Dep (born in 1954), Nguyen Van Teo (born in 1956), Truong Quang Cong Thuc (born in 1977), all residing in Go Dau town; Pham Van Lich (born in 1943), Nguyen Thi Thu Van (born in 1968), both residing in Phuoc Thanh commune; Pham Hong Qui (born in 1993) residing in Phuoc Trach commune; Nguyen Van Nam (born in 1964) residing in Hiep Thanh commune; Nguyen Thi Hong Loan (born in 1987) residing in Cam Giang commune; Ho Van Thuy (born in 1952) residing in Thanh Duc commune.
Seventeen houses belonging to the following families were repaired : Tran Van Cang (born 1969), Pham Thi Dung (born 1933), Do Thi Be (born 1973), Do Thi Hong Gam (born 1977), all residing in Thanh Phuoc commune; Nguyen Thi Trang (born 1957), Lam Thi Buom (born 1966), both residing in Cam Giang commune; Huynh Thi Nguyet (born 1953), Nguyen Hoan Huynh (born 1957), both residing in Go Dau town; Truong Van Tac (born 1962); Ngo Thi Em (born 1948), Pham Minh Quang (born 1987), all residing in Phuoc Thanh commune; Le Thi Xuong (born 1977), Le Thi Thom (born 1977), both residing in Phuoc Trach commune; Pham Van Vinh (born 1961), Le Van Chanh (born 1976), Nguyen Thi Tho (born 1972), and Ngo Van Den (born 1970) all reside in Hiep Thanh commune.
Each newly built house costs 90 million VND, and each renovated house costs 40 million VND; the construction costs are funded by the Provincial and District Funds for the Poor and supported by Fico Tay Ninh Cement Joint Stock Company.
On this occasion, the local authorities and sponsors presented many gifts to the families, congratulating them on having new, spacious homes and wishing them to overcome difficulties, rise up, and stabilize their lives.
