Go Dau: Handing over 30 houses in the program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses

On April 10, the Steering Committee for the elimination of temporary and dilapidated houses in Go Dau district organized the handover of 30 solidarity houses to poor households, near-poor households according to the Central standards and poor households according to the poverty standards in the communes of Cam Giang, Thanh Duc, Hiep Thanh, Phuoc Trach, Phuoc Thanh, Thanh Phuoc and Go Dau town.

Mr. Pham Hung Thai - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee presented gifts to households.

Attending the event were Mr. Pham Hung Thai - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Mr. Vo Quoc Thang - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee; Mr. Truong Tan Dat - Deputy Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment; Mr. Trinh Ngoc Phuong - Secretary of the Go Dau District Party Committee; Mr. Nguyen Van Nhu - Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the District People's Committee.

Of the 30 houses handed over, 13 were newly built and 17 were repaired. The newly built houses were handed over to the following households: Ta Hung Phong (born in 1957), Ho Thi Thuy (born in 1972), Nguyen Thi Lien (born in 1961), Tran Thi Duoc (born in 1962), Nguyen Thi Dep (born in 1954), Nguyen Van Teo (born in 1956), Truong Quang Cong Thuc (born in 1977), all residing in Go Dau town; Pham Van Lich (born in 1943), Nguyen Thi Thu Van (born in 1968), both residing in Phuoc Thanh commune; Pham Hong Qui (born in 1993), residing in Phuoc Trach commune; Nguyen Van Nam (born in 1964), residing in Hiep Thanh commune; Nguyen Thi Hong Loan (born in 1987), residing in Cam Giang commune; Ho Van Thuy (born in 1952), residing in Thanh Duc commune.

17 houses were repaired of the following households : Tran Van Cang (born in 1969), Pham Thi Dung (born in 1933), Do Thi Be (born in 1973), Do Thi Hong Gam (born in 1977), all residing in Thanh Phuoc commune; Nguyen Thi Trang (born in 1957), Lam Thi Buom (born in 1966), all residing in Cam Giang commune; Huynh Thi Nguyet (born in 1953), Nguyen Hoan Huynh (born in 1957), all residing in Go Dau town; Truong Van Tac (born in 1962); Ngo Thi Em (born in 1948), Pham Minh Quang (born in 1987), all residing in Phuoc Thanh commune; Le Thi Xuong (born in 1977), Le Thi Thom (born in 1977), all residing in Phuoc Trach commune; Pham Van Vinh (born in 1961), Le Van Chan (born in 1976), Nguyen Thi Tho (born in 1972), Ngo Van Den (born in 1970) all reside in Hiep Thanh commune.

Each newly built house costs 90 million VND, each repaired house costs 40 million VND; the construction cost is taken from the Provincial and District Funds for the Poor and Fico Tay Ninh Cement Joint Stock Company.

On this occasion, the local government and sponsors gave the families many gifts, congratulating them on having new, spacious housing, quickly overcoming difficulties, rising up, and stabilizing their lives.
