♦ Mr. Nguyen Tan Thuan, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial Business Association: The elected delegates will truly be people who are deeply involved in practical matters.
In the context of urban technical infrastructure, especially in the fields of water supply, drainage, and environment, which are facing the need for synchronized investment, modernization, and adaptation to climate change, there is a great need for delegates with innovative thinking, who dare to propose breakthrough mechanisms, and boldly remove obstacles related to procedures and investment capital.
Businesses hope that the elected representatives will be truly grounded in reality, regularly engaging in dialogue with businesses to promptly identify difficulties, and thereby propose improvements to policies in a transparent, stable, and long-term direction.
The spirit of "daring to think, daring to act, and daring to take responsibility" needs to be clearly demonstrated in the process of formulating and monitoring the implementation of policies, ensuring social security, and improving the quality of life for the people. When the investment environment is improved and infrastructure projects are implemented smoothly, this will be an important foundation for promoting sustainable and modern economic growth in the region.

♦ Mr. Y Hien Ayun, voter from Kwang B hamlet, Cu Bao ward: Caring for and supporting the hamlet to escape poverty sustainably.
I expect that the elected delegates will pay more attention to caring for and supporting economic development, improving the material and spiritual lives of the people. This includes more policies to support capital and technology for people to change their crop structure, apply high technology to the cultivation of coffee, durian, pepper, etc., to increase product value and help villages escape poverty sustainably.
In addition, I also hope that the delegates will be closely involved in preserving the culture and traditional festivals. There is a need for policies to encourage and support Ede children to receive education, vocational training, and have job opportunities right in their homeland after graduation.
I also expect the delegates to promote investment in upgrading village roads, irrigation systems, and infrastructure, as well as technology, so that people can access new knowledge more quickly and participate in the digital transformation process.

♦ Ms. Hoang Thi My (Nung ethnic minority) in the Yang San resettlement area, Ea O commune: Creating favorable learning conditions for children of ethnic minorities.
Thanks to the attention and investment from the State and local authorities, the Yang San resettlement area now has sufficient electricity, roads, schools, health stations, clean water, and land for rice cultivation, so the people are very reassured and happy.
As a member of an ethnic minority group from the North, having lived in Dak Lak province since 1988, what makes me happiest and most excited is seeing my province developing in all aspects, especially with the significant attention and investment in children's education. However, in the villages and hamlets of ethnic minorities, many students still drop out of school early, and some schools still lack adequate facilities.
Therefore, I hope that elected representatives in this term will continue to propose and recommend to the National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels to enact more policies to invest in education , creating even more favorable conditions for children to attend school.

♦ Ms. Tang Thi Diep, Hoa Hiep Ward: Supporting fishermen to venture out to sea and maintain their livelihoods.
These days, I and the fishermen are very happy and excited, eagerly awaiting the election day. Everywhere we go, we see flags, banners, and slogans, which makes us even more eager and joyful, sharing in the general atmosphere of this great event.
This is an opportunity for every citizen to exercise their rights and responsibilities, to personally choose officials who are virtuous and capable enough to represent the people. I hope my vote will elect representatives who are truly close to the people, who regularly care about and understand the lives of the people in the coastal region.
I also hope that the elected representatives will fulfill their role as elected representatives, directly participating in the development, proposal, and recommendation of practical support policies, paying attention to investing in fisheries infrastructure and mooring facilities to help fishermen feel secure in venturing out to sea and maintaining their livelihoods in the long term.

♦ Mr. Nguyen Huynh Trung, a worker at Phu Yen Urban Environment Joint Stock Company: There are practical policies to improve the lives of workers.
Workers like us work silently and diligently every day, so what we hope for is that the elected representatives will pay attention and propose more practical policies for the lives of workers.
I believe that, with a sense of responsibility and a determination to innovate, the elected delegates will listen to the thoughts and aspirations of the people, including direct laborers like us, in order to make sound decisions for the sustainable development of the province and for a better life for the people.
