Farmer Thai Duy Phuong (Yen Ky commune) boldly applied new techniques and plant varieties to his orange cultivation model on hillside land according to VIETGAP standards, bringing in high income.
To achieve these results, the Steering Committee and the Campaign Committee at all levels in the district proactively advised and sought the attention and guidance of the Party Committee and the government, while also creating high consensus among the people. The guidance of the movement has become increasingly systematic, and the process of guiding and evaluating cultural titles has been carried out seriously and in an orderly manner.
The movement has truly taken root, transforming people's perceptions of positive traditional cultural values. The spirit of community solidarity, mutual support, and neighborly affection has been strongly revived, becoming a driving force for people to help each other develop the economy, create jobs, and reduce poverty.
A civilized way of life and a healthy cultural environment have been established and are being increasingly promoted. Awareness of complying with the Party's guidelines and policies, and the State's laws and regulations within the community is also improving.

The tradition of solidarity and mutual support continues to be maintained and effectively promoted in poverty reduction efforts. Through community activities, exchanges of production experiences, and the application of science and technology, people have supported each other to improve their lives. Preferential loans from the State and various associations have created opportunities for many households to develop their economies and create stable jobs.
The poverty rate in the entire district decreased from 6.38% in 2023 to 5.29% in 2024. The Fatherland Front Committees at all levels have closely coordinated with the government and member organizations in disseminating information and mobilizing people to participate in building new rural areas and civilized urban areas, in conjunction with the movement to build a cultured way of life.
Many practical activities have been implemented, such as mobilizing land donations for road construction, contributing to the construction of cultural centers, developing flower-lined roads, and illuminating rural roads. The "For the Poor" fund at all levels has supported the construction and repair of houses for dozens of poor households and those in difficult circumstances, demonstrating the deep concern of the community.
Particularly during the Lunar New Year, thousands of gifts were distributed, bringing warmth to those in difficult circumstances. Relief efforts and disaster recovery were also implemented promptly, demonstrating the noble spirit of solidarity and sharing among the people of Ha Hoa.
The achievements made in the past period are clear evidence of the unity, efforts, and determination of the Party Committee, government, and people of Ha Hoa district in building a cultural life.
