Specifically, Hai Phong City organized the installation of a signboard for the City Political - Administrative Center project. This is a project consisting of 14 blocks, designed symmetrically along the north-south and east-west axes, meeting the requirements of the city's political system's headquarters; and installed a signboard for the City Conference - Performance Center project with a capacity of 1,500 seats.

At the same time, the organization started the project to expand the aircraft parking area - Cat Bi International Airport (phase 2). This project has a total investment of 1,151 billion VND, built on an area of ​​13.68 hectares, including 2 phases, meeting 5 parking positions for Code C aircraft in phase 1 and 6 parking positions for Code C aircraft in phase 2.

The new urban area construction investment project in Duong Kinh and Kien Thuy districts has been started with a scale of more than 240 hectares, with a total investment of over 23,000 billion VND, and is the 5th urban project developed by Vinhomes in Hai Phong. The Vinhomes Golden City complex urban area is expected to become a new international trade center in Hai Phong as well as the entire key economic region of the North.

Comrade Le Anh Quan, Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Hai Phong City People's Committee issued an order to put up signs for the constructions.

The Singapore International Education Complex project was inaugurated with a total area of ​​3.04 hectares, with a capacity of 1,500 students from kindergarten to grade 12, with a total investment of about 360 billion VND, divided into 2 phases. The school is built according to international standards.

The technical opening ceremony of traffic routes under the model new rural construction program in Dai Hop commune, Kien Thuy district has a total investment of 105 billion VND, building 21 routes with a total length of 10,918 m.

Tien Cuong 2 Industrial Cluster opened this time has a scale of more than 50 hectares, a total investment of nearly 700 billion VND with ready infrastructure, fully meeting the conditions for investors to start building factories right after handing over the land.

Hai Phong City Political - Administrative Center

The Pegatron Vietnam Co., Ltd. Employee Housing Project Phase 1 was inaugurated with an area of ​​5.04 hectares with a total investment of up to 68.3 million USD, equivalent to about 1,600 billion VND, putting into use 4 buildings for workers, 2 buildings for staff and 1 utility building with full modern functional rooms.

The project to build a social housing area in Dong Hai 2 ward, Hai An district has been started with a scale of 22.4 hectares, including a social housing area; a commercial townhouse area; a commercial high-rise apartment building... to create a modern urban area with a synchronous technical infrastructure system, partly solving the increasing housing demand in Hai An district as well as the whole city.

On this occasion, the city organized the installation of a signboard for the investment project to build the Binh Bridge South Intersection Park with an area of ​​2.2 hectares and a total investment of 134 billion VND.

At the same time, the project to build a 5-star hotel in So Dau ward, Hong Bang district, including a 30-storey building and 1 basement, designed according to 5-star hotel standards with 343 rooms, was started.

Trang Due 3 Industrial Park was inaugurated with a scale of 652.73 hectares, in Truong Thanh, Truong Tho, An Tien and Bat Trang communes, An Lao district; with a total investment capital of more than 8,000 billion VND. This industrial park is oriented to attract enterprises in the high-tech sector, creating a chain linking the electronics - electric vehicle industry, and environmentally friendly supporting industries.

The material, cultural and spiritual life of the city's people continues to be improved, becoming a dynamic destination in the global value chain.

At the same time, realizing the policies of the Party and the State, creating an important driving force to promote growth, striving to achieve the city's socio-economic development target of 12.5% ​​in 2025.
