In the tranquil highland village, old, moss-covered yin-yang tiled roofs nestle beneath the pristine white blossoms of the pear tree. A gentle wife stands on the porch, drying clothes still fragrant with the scent of the fresh sun, while her husband slowly hangs a birdcage on a blossoming pear branch. The chirping of birds blends with the spring breeze, creating a peaceful and warm atmosphere. Thin wisps of smoke rise from the kitchen chimney in the gentle spring afternoon, painting a picture of simple yet blissful life for the mountain dwellers.

The " Happy Vietnam 2026 " award is organized by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in collaboration with the Vietnam Association of Photographic Artists and Vietnam Television.
The 2026 awards will continue to be held nationwide with two categories: photos and videos .
The submitted works will be judged in two rounds, preliminary and final, by a judging panel comprising reputable experts, journalists, photographers, and filmmakers, ensuring objectivity, transparency, and professional quality.
The awards ceremony is scheduled to take place in the fourth quarter of 2026 in Hanoi and will be broadcast live on Vietnam Television.
