HNX approved 3.8 million Minh Bao Tin shares to trade on UPCoM market

NDO - The Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) has just announced that it has approved 3.8 million MBT shares of Minh Bao Tin Real Estate Leasing JSC to be traded on the UPCoM market at HNX on March 19; with a reference price on the first trading day of VND12,000/share.

Minh Bao Tin Real Estate Leasing JSC, stock code: MBT (address at No. 28, Street No. 5, Quarter 3, Phu Loi Ward, Thu Dau Mot City, Binh Duong Province), established in 2017. Current charter capital is 38 billion VND.

The Company's main business lines are buying and selling houses and land use rights; buying and selling houses and land use rights not for residential purposes; leasing, operating and managing houses and land for residential purposes; leasing, operating and managing houses and land not for residential purposes; and other real estate business.

Regarding business results, in 2024, the Company recorded net revenue of more than VND 3.44 billion (up 8% compared to 2023), after-tax profit of more than VND 441.17 million (down 30% compared to the previous year).

In 2025, the company plans to have 5.8 billion VND in net revenue and more than 1.2 billion VND in profit after tax, up 69% and 183% respectively compared to 2024.

Also according to the above decision, Minh Bao Tin Real Estate Leasing JSC is obliged to disclose information according to current regulations and comply with legal regulations on securities trading activities.
