Wishing to recreate the atmosphere of Tet (Vietnamese Lunar New Year) of the past, deeply rooted in the culture of the Mekong Delta, Ho Quang Hieu recreated the setting of thatched houses, flower villages, and floating markets in his music video "Spring Wish." In the MV, Ho Quang Hieu and his wife, Tue Nhu, play a young couple who left their hometown to work in the city. In the final days of the year, they rush to finish all their work, eagerly anticipating returning home to celebrate Tet with their family.

Despite living in the city, when they return to their hometown, the young couple still maintain their simple and rustic ways. They also do the usual things every year, such as helping their parents clean and redecorate the house, wrapping banh chung (traditional Vietnamese rice cakes), buying sweets and snacks, arranging the five-fruit tray, and cooking traditional dishes for Tet (Vietnamese New Year).

Ho Quang Hieu said that when he was a child, he only got to wear new clothes and eat better food than usual during Tet (Lunar New Year)... Later, after becoming famous, he still remembered and maintained the customs of the traditional Tet holiday. No matter how busy he is, the singer always makes time to go home to celebrate Tet and gather with his family.

In the music video, Ho Quang Hieu and Tue Nhu planned to film a scene riding a buffalo to make the visuals more lively. However, the singer and his wife were gored by the buffalo, causing them to scatter, so they had to skip the scene. "Luckily, my wife and I ran fast enough so we weren't hurt. It's a fun and unforgettable memory," Ho Quang Hieu said.

Among spring-themed songs, Ho Quang Hieu has made the biggest impact with "Con Buom Xuan" (Spring Butterfly), which currently has 72 million views on YouTube.

Previously, Ho Quang Hieu always challenged himself to find a new hit song to replace "Con Buom Xuan" (Spring Butterfly), but now he no longer considers it important, because: "Music is for entertainment, so the most important thing for an artist is to create products to serve the listeners, not to serve their own personal ego."
