Ho Quynh Huong: "Singing simple songs is the hardest part."

(Dan Tri Newspaper) - Ho Quynh Huong has just released a new music video, marking her return to the music scene. The female singer attracted attention when she took the opportunity to "promote" her new product with friends and colleagues right at the wedding ceremony of singer Vu Cat Tuong.

On the evening of February 12th, Ho Quynh Huong officially released the music video for "Thanh Am Trai Tim " (Sound of the Heart), marking her return after a year since the release of her music video "Cu De Cho Em " (composed by Vu Cat Tuong). Notably, on the same day, Ho Quynh Huong attended Vu Cat Tuong's wedding ceremony and received a wedding bouquet from the bride, Bi Do (dancer Thu Trang).

Many colleagues and fans sent congratulatory messages to the singer, wishing her to soon find happiness in her life. For many years, Ho Quynh Huong has been a vegetarian and kept her private life discreet. At 45, she still chooses a single life and rarely shares about her love life.

On her personal page, Ho Quynh Huong joked that even while attending a party, she didn't forget her "duty" to promote her new music video to friends and colleagues.

With her new song, Ho Quynh Huong doesn't showcase many vocal techniques but chooses a simple, gentle singing style, sometimes like a whisper. "Singing simply is the hardest thing to do. I try to sing as simply as possible, and that's the hardest thing I've ever done," Ho Quynh Huong said.

The recording session for the song left a strong impression on the author, composer Nguyen Phuc Thien. "This song has to be by Ho Quynh Huong and no one else," the composer said.

The music video also attracted attention for the participation of Miss Grand Vietnam 2022 Doan Thien An and actor Tran Hieu. The MV's content tells the story of a young man who suffers from amnesia, and the subsequent days of his and his lover's efforts to recover his forgotten memories.

Doan Thien An shared that she was very excited to receive an invitation from singer Ho Quynh Huong. "To me, she is a great artist with many musical achievements. I thought I could only meet her at big events, but I never expected to be invited to star in her music video," Thien An shared.

The actress revealed that in real life, Ho Quynh Huong is very cute and friendly. "Her loveliness quickly dispelled my initial feelings of awkwardness and unfamiliarity. My co-star and I had a very productive day of filming," Doan Thien An said.
