In the educational environment, learning from and following President Ho Chi Minh's example means managing effectively, building a safe, friendly, and high-quality educational environment, and ensuring that all actions stem from benefiting students. Therefore, over the past school years, Van Phu Primary School has always strived to overcome difficulties, with each staff member and teacher constantly striving for improvement, innovating in teaching, and truly dedicating themselves to successfully completing their assigned tasks.

Teachers not only care for students during regular class hours but also in all collective activities and extracurricular educational activities to help students develop comprehensively in both character and ability. The school has created opportunities for students to participate in beneficial activities: STEM education, life skills education, and encouraged students to participate in intellectual competitions such as: Vietnamese Language Champion, Online English Olympiad (IOE), VioEdu competition... Therefore, the overall quality of education at the school is constantly improving. In just the last two school years, the quality of education has been maintained with 100% of 5th grade students completing the primary school program. The quality of gifted students is also increasing. Notably, in the 2023-2024 school year, the school successfully organized the selection and training of athletes to participate in the Phu Dong Sports Festival at all levels, with specific results: at the city level, winning 7 first prizes, 1 second prize, and 3 third prizes - the team won first prize overall; Provincial level: 4 Gold Medals, 2 Silver Medals. National level: 9 out of 9 competition events won awards, including 8 sets of Gold Medals and 1 Bronze Medal. The school received a Certificate of Merit from the Ministry of Education and Training for outstanding achievements in directing and organizing the 10th National Student Sports Festival in 2024. At the end of the 2023-2024 school year, the school was awarded an Excellent Emulation Flag by the Provincial People's Committee and a Certificate of Merit by the Prime Minister. In the 2024-2025 school year, the quality of gifted students continued to improve, affirming that in the Vietnamese Language Champion Competition at all levels, the school had 138 students winning the Vietnamese Language Champion title at the city level, 128 students winning the provincial level, and 2 students selected to compete at the national level, both achieving high awards: 1 Third Prize and 1 First Prize. For two consecutive years, the school has had the honor of having students selected to participate in the National Finals of the "Handwriting - Character" Festival... These practical results have been and are creating a foundation and providing further motivation for Van Phu Primary School to join hands in building the cause of nurturing future generations in the homeland of the Ancestors, in accordance with the teachings and thoughts of President Ho Chi Minh .

Dr. Nguyen Van Tung, Resident Physician and Head of the Oncology and Palliative Care Department at Hung Vuong General Hospital: Dedicated to medical ethics and wholeheartedly committed to the health of the people.

Diagnosed with cancer is a major shock, a turning point that can change many aspects of a patient's life. Along with medical interventions, the effectiveness of treatment also depends greatly on the patient's mental state. Besides the support of family, doctors and nurses are the ones who empower patients in their fight against the disease... Therefore, over the past time, I, as well as my colleagues in the Oncology and Palliative Care Department in particular and the Hospital in general, have always strived to maintain a serious work attitude, constantly learning and improving our professional skills in all areas of oncology, and upholding the spirit of serving patients... in accordance with Uncle Ho's teaching, "A good doctor must be like a loving mother."

As the head of the Oncology and Palliative Care Department, I always remind my colleagues to be truly dedicated, never neglecting or being complacent with any case; together with colleagues, we receive and apply advanced technical services to the diagnosis and treatment of oncology: laparoscopic gastrectomy, colorectal cancer surgery, laparoscopic thyroidectomy via the oral vestibular tract, liver resection for cancer, placement of chemotherapy infusion chambers, targeted therapy in cancer... We collaborate with experts from central hospitals to implement services such as laparoscopic lobectomy for cancer, chemoembolization, radiofrequency ablation for liver cancer, pancreaticoduodenectomy, laparoscopic esophageal reconstruction... Each successful life-saving procedure further motivates me and every medical staff member in the Department to strive harder in cultivating medical ethics and improving professional skills.

Besides performing my professional duties well, I also care about providing psychological support and assistance to cancer patients. Most recently, I and many colleagues participated in the "Fundraising for a Brighter Tomorrow for Cancer Patients" program, raising nearly 500 million VND to support cancer patients in difficult circumstances; building a cultural and spiritual space, and together with students in the area, organizing a painting program to give to cancer patients, aiming to encourage them to feel secure and optimistic during treatment... Through my own efforts, as well as the collective efforts of the medical staff and doctors of the Oncology and Palliative Care Department, we have contributed to treating and saving many critically ill patients, bringing life to many. On average, the Department treats 2,000-3,000 patients and performs surgery on 600-800 people with various types of cancer each year. This result has contributed to improving the quality of treatment at Hung Vuong General Hospital, reducing the rate of referrals to other hospitals, and creating favorable conditions for people in Doan Hung district in particular, and in the province and neighboring provinces in general, to enjoy high-quality medical services.

I have always learned from Uncle Ho's diligence, frugality, and relentless creativity, emulating his example to improve myself every day. For nearly 10 years as a technical officer at the enamel factory, I have consistently applied my knowledge and experience, actively researching to develop solutions and innovative improvements that increase labor productivity.

The company's production machinery is imported from abroad and is very modern, so mastering the equipment requires proficiency in the language to understand technical specifications and operation. In addition, the glaze workshop, responsible for decorating the surface of the tiles, determines both the aesthetics and quality of the tiles, requiring the staff and workers to constantly innovate to meet the ever-increasing demands of the market and compete with similar products. Therefore, I, as well as my colleagues, always proactively learn knowledge, deeply understand and master the equipment, and apply science and technology to production. At the same time, we are always creative to develop more innovative ideas for production. Among these, the most notable is the innovation "Using a circulating vibrating pump and Elmasonic S ultrasonic cleaning machine to treat clogged Dimatix printheads of System digital printing machines," which won second prize at the provincial technical innovation competition... Dedicated to my profession, in 2022, I was awarded the Creative Labor Certificate by the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor. He received a Certificate of Commendation from the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union twice.

In 2023, I was awarded a Certificate of Commendation by the Provincial Party Committee of the Enterprise Bloc for my outstanding achievements in the movement "Studying and following the thoughts, ethics, and style of Ho Chi Minh"... and in 2024, I had the honor of joining the ranks of the Communist Party of Vietnam, which helped me mature and contribute even more, using my youthful energy to build a stronger company, in accordance with Uncle Ho's advice to young people: "Young people will be the masters of the country.
