Activities of Emulation Bloc No. 3

In accordance with Decision No. 01/QD-KTD dated December 28, 2025, of Emulation Bloc No. 3 on the promulgation of the Regulations on the operation of Emulation Bloc No. 3; and Guidance No. 04/HD HDTDKT dated November 26, 2025, of the Provincial Emulation and Commendation Council, the Department of Industry and Trade, as the Head of Emulation Bloc No. 3, organized a conference to evaluate the results of activities in 2025, discuss measures to implement tasks in 2026, and simultaneously hand over the responsibilities of Head of Emulation Bloc No. 3 for 2026 to the Department of Construction.

Attending the Conference were: representatives from the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, leaders from the Emulation and Commendation and Meritorious Persons Department of the Department of Internal Affairs; and leaders and specialists from member units including: the Department of Industry and Trade, the Department of Construction, the Department of Finance, the Department of Agriculture and Environment, the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religion, the Department of Foreign Affairs, the Department of Science and Technology, and the Provincial Economic Zone Management Board. At the end of the Conference, 8 members of Emulation Bloc No. 3 signed the emulation agreement for 2026. Some photos from the Conference are included.

Activities of Emulation Cluster No. IV: Based on Decision No. 4688/QD-BNNMT dated November 7, 2025, of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment on the organization of emulation blocs and clusters in the Agriculture and Environment sector; and according to Decision No. 01/QD-CTD.IV dated December 16, 2025, of Emulation Cluster No. IV on the promulgation of the Regulations on operation and scoring table of Emulation Cluster No. IV in 2025; the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Dong Nai province (Head of Emulation Cluster No. IV) organized a conference to summarize emulation and reward work in 2025 and the direction and tasks for 2026 of Emulation Cluster No. IV; and simultaneously handed over the responsibility of Head of Emulation Cluster No. IV in 2026 to the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Khanh Hoa province. Attendees included: representatives from the Department of Organization and Personnel, Ministry of Agriculture and Environment; The Departments of Agriculture and Environment of Dong Nai Province, Gia Lai Province, Dak Lak Province, Khanh Hoa Province, Lam Dong Province, and Tay Ninh Province participated in the conference. At the conclusion of the conference, six members of Emulation Cluster No. IV signed an emulation agreement for 2026. Some photos from the conference are included.
