* Answer: Clause 6, Article 19 of Decree No. 238/2025/ND-CP stipulates: The tuition fee exemption, reduction, and support scheme does not apply to learners who have already received such benefits at one vocational education institution or higher education institution and are now continuing their studies at another vocational education institution or higher education institution of the same level and training qualification. If a learner eligible for tuition fee exemption or reduction studies at multiple educational institutions or multiple faculties/majors within the same educational institution, they are only entitled to one tuition fee exemption or reduction scheme.

Point b, Clause 1, Article 16 of Decree No. 238/2025/ND-CP stipulates that the subjects eligible for a 70% tuition fee reduction include: Students studying specialized fields such as court music, Cheo, Tuong, Cai Luong, dance, and circus; and certain strenuous, hazardous, and dangerous occupations in vocational education as listed in the list of strenuous, hazardous, and dangerous occupations prescribed by the central state management agency for vocational education.
