Bui Le Kim Thi (Nguyen Van Chieu Secondary School) - a typical "little flower" in studying and training following the example of President Ho Chi Minh.

1. From a young age, Bui Le Kim Thi, a 9th-grade student at Nguyen Van Chieu Secondary School, has been diligent in her studies, thrifty, and humble. As the head of the student council, she actively proposes new ideas and, together with the head teacher, develops vibrant and engaging activities for the student council. Kim Thi shared: “As the head of the student council, I strive to be a role model in my studies and daily life, and actively participate in school activities. I feel very happy that my classmates and fellow students are becoming more active and united thanks to the student council activities that I and the head teacher organize.”

Not only is Kim Thi outstanding as a team leader, but she has also achieved many academic successes. Among her subjects, Kim Thi particularly loves English and constantly strives to excel. She won third prize in the district-level English public speaking competition in 2024; was a top student in English at the provincial level in 2025; and was a top student in calculator usage at the provincial level in 2024.

Besides her talent, she is also passionate about performing arts and has achieved many accomplishments, such as first prize in group singing and dancing at the District-level "Melodies of Youth" competition in the 2023-2024 school year; second prize in solo singing and individual dancing, and many other awards. She was also an outstanding communicator at the Long An (formerly) province's (formerly) Children's Propaganda Festival on preventing drowning, injuries, child abuse, and violence in 2024. In the 2024-2025 school year, she was honored to be recognized as a "Good Child of Uncle Ho" at the provincial level. Not only is she excellent in academics and extracurricular activities, but at home, Kim Thi is also a filial daughter, helping her mother with household chores and managing her time effectively for studying.

Teacher Le Thi Trinh, Head of the Youth Union at Nguyen Van Chieu Secondary School, commented: “Kim Thi is a well-behaved, polite, and very responsible student in all activities. She excels in all subjects, knows how to manage her time effectively, and is very active in the Youth Union movement. The performances she stages are always loved by her classmates and have won high prizes in competitions many times.”

2. In the 2024-2025 school year, Nguyen Le Tuong Vy, a student in class 9/1 at Tran Phu Secondary School, also received the title of "Good Child of Uncle Ho" at the provincial level. Besides her academic efforts, as the head of the student council, she is always responsible, dedicated, dynamic, and creative in school activities, leading the student council to achieve even more high accomplishments.

Nguyen Le Tuong Vy (on the right, Tran Phu Secondary School) is always active and diligent in her studies.

In the 2024-2025 school year, Tuong Vy led her team to win first prize in the provincial-level Team Ceremony competition. She herself won the award for outstanding Team Ceremony formation commander. Thanks to her effective time management, she focused intensely during class, allowing her time at home to review and participate in school art activities. Importantly, she believes that "learning isn't just for exams" but a persistent, consistent daily journey. As a result, in 8th grade, she achieved an impressive average grade of 9.9.

Besides being a diligent student, Tuong Vy is also actively involved in charitable activities. Last school year, she and the student council collaborated with the school to implement the "Scholarship Wheel" model, contributing to supporting students from disadvantaged backgrounds. Tuong Vy personally contributed 50,000 VND each week to help maintain this meaningful model.

According to information from the Provincial Youth Union and the Provincial Children's Council, from 2019 to the present, the entire province has had 230 students awarded the title of "Good Child of Uncle Ho" at the provincial level, and in 2025 alone, 7 students will be honored at the national level. These are all excellent students who actively participate in movements and achieve many accomplishments at the provincial, national, and international levels. They are a source of positive energy, contributing to spreading the spirit of learning and self-improvement to children throughout the province.
