Bui Le Kim Thi (Nguyen Van Chieu Secondary School) - a typical "little flower" in studying and practicing following Uncle Ho's example
1. Since childhood, Bui Le Kim Thi - a student of class 9/3, Nguyen Van Chieu Secondary School, has been a hard-working student, frugal and modest. As a team leader, she actively proposed new ideas and, together with the Head Teacher, built exciting and engaging Team activities. Kim Thi shared: “As a team leader, I try to set an example in studying, living and actively participating in school movements. I feel very happy when my classmates and schoolmates are increasingly more active and united thanks to the Team activities that I and the Head Teacher organize.”
Not only outstanding in the role of Team leader, Kim Thi also achieved many achievements in studying. In subjects, Kim Thi especially loves English and constantly strives to practice to achieve high results. She won third prize in the District-level English Speaking Competition in 2024; was an excellent student in IOE English at the provincial level in 2025; and was an excellent student in handheld computers at the provincial level in 2024.
In addition, she is also passionate about performing arts and has achieved many achievements such as First Prize in group singing and dancing at the District-level Pink Melody Competition in the 2023-2024 school year; Second Prize in solo singing and individual dancing and many other awards. She is also an excellent propagandist at the Festival of Young Propaganda Associations on Prevention of Drowning, Accidents, Injuries, Child Abuse and Violence in Long An Province (old) in 2024. In the 2024-2025 school year, she was honored to be recognized as a Good Grandchild of Uncle Ho at the provincial level. Not only excellent in studying and participating in movement activities, at home, Kim Thi is also a filial child, helping her mother with housework and knowing how to arrange time to study effectively.
Teacher Le Thi Trinh, Head of the Young Pioneers Team of Nguyen Van Chieu Secondary School, commented: “Kim Thi is a good student, polite and very responsible in all activities. She is good at all subjects, knows how to arrange her time reasonably; at the same time, she is very active in the Young Pioneers movement. The performances she staged are loved by her classmates, and she has won many high prizes in competitions.”
2. In the 2024-2025 school year, Nguyen Le Tuong Vy - a student of class 9/1, Tran Phu Secondary School, also won the title of Uncle Ho's Good Child at the provincial level. In addition to studying hard, as the team leader, she is always responsible, dedicated, active, and creative in school activities to lead the team to achieve more and more high achievements.

In the 2024-2025 school year, Tuong Vy led the team to win the first prize in the provincial Team Ceremony Competition. She herself won the prize for Outstanding Team Ceremony Formation Commander. Thanks to knowing how to arrange her time scientifically , she focused highly on her classes so that she had time to review and participate in the school's art activities at home. In particular, she believes that "studying is not just for exams" but a persistent, regular journey every day. Thanks to that, in grade 8, she achieved an impressive average score of 9.9.
Not only is she studious, Tuong Vy also actively participates in charity activities. Last school year, she and her team coordinated with the school to implement the Learning Encouragement Wheel model, contributing to supporting students in difficult circumstances. Tuong Vy personally contributed 50,000 VND per week to help maintain this meaningful model.
According to information from the Provincial Youth Union and the Provincial Youth Union Council, from 2019 to present, the whole province has 230 students achieving the title of Good Children of Uncle Ho at the provincial level, and in 2025 alone, 7 students were honored to be recognized at the national level. These are all excellent students, actively participating in the movement, achieving many achievements at the provincial, national and international levels. They are sources of positive energy, contributing to spreading the spirit of learning and training to children in the whole province./.
