Kien Tuong: Giving Mid-Autumn gifts from Chairman of Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Nguyen Van Duoc

On the morning of October 2, Kien Tuong Ward People's Committee organized a Mid-Autumn Festival gift giving ceremony by Party Central Committee member, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Nguyen Van Duoc to disadvantaged children in the ward.

Kien Tuong ward leaders give Mid-Autumn gifts to children in difficult circumstances

At the program, Vice Chairman of the Ward People's Committee Huynh Thanh Vinh, on behalf of local leaders, sent wishes to the children to have a happy, joyful and warm Mid-Autumn Festival. At the same time, he hoped that the young generation of Kien Tuong Ward would always promote the tradition of studiousness, strive to become good children and good students, good grandchildren of Uncle Ho.

Leaders of Kien Tuong ward presented 100 Mid-Autumn gifts to disadvantaged children in the ward. All gifts were sent by Central Party Committee member, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Nguyen Van Duoc to share love and encourage the children's spirit during the Mid-Autumn Festival.

It is known that this year's Mid-Autumn Festival, Kien Tuong ward organized the giving of more than 640 gifts, worth more than 97 million VND, along with many practical activities, demonstrating the deep concern of the local government for the spiritual life of the people with the wish that everyone and every household in the area can enjoy a warm and happy Mid-Autumn Festival./.
