Diplomatic Academy announced minimum admission score from 22 points

GD&TĐ - In 2025, the Diplomatic Academy decided to set the threshold to ensure input quality based on high school graduation exam results from 22 to 25 points.

The Admissions Council for the 2025-2026 regular university program of the Diplomatic Academy has just officially announced the threshold to ensure input quality and the deviation between admission combinations according to the method of using high school graduation exam scores in 2025.

Accordingly, candidates considering the combination of blocks D01, D03, D04, D06, DD2, A00, A01, D07, D09, D10, D14, D15 must have a total score of 22 points; block C00 must have a total score of 25 points.

The threshold for ensuring input quality is determined based on the total score of 3 subjects in any admission combination of the Academy in the 2025 high school graduation exam. Candidates can use the converted score of the International Certificate according to the Academy's regulations to calculate the threshold for ensuring input quality.

For candidates who graduated from high school before 2025 and registered for admission according to method 2 - section 2.2 of Admission Information: The input quality assurance threshold is applied according to the input quality assurance threshold of the Academy in the year the candidate graduated.

For candidates using the A-level Certificate of the University of Cambridge Examinations Center (UK) or the International Baccalaureate IB Diploma (method 3 - section 2.3 of Admission Information): The threshold for ensuring input quality is 24 points determined based on the total admission score after conversion.

The deviation between admission combinations using the 2025 high school graduation exam results is specified as follows: Admission subject combination C00 is 3 points higher than admission subject combination D01. Admission subject combinations A00, A01, D01, D03, D04, D06, DD2, D07, D09, D10, D14 and D15: There is no difference in scores.

In 2025, the Diplomatic Academy plans to enroll 2,200 students and has 4 methods including: Direct admission and priority admission according to regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training ; admission combined with high school academic results and International Certificates/International standardized tests; admission combined with 2025 high school graduation exam scores and International Certificates/International standardized tests; admission based on 2025 high school graduation exam scores.
