Ho Chi Minh City currently has 19 colleges. Of these, 14 units are partially self-sufficient in regular expenses, 4 units are self-sufficient in regular expenses, and 1 unit is self-sufficient in regular expenses and investment expenses.

In the group of secondary schools and centers, Ho Chi Minh City has 20 units. Of which, 12 units are self-sufficient in part of their regular expenses, 3 units are self-sufficient in regular expenses, and 2 units are self-sufficient in regular expenses and investment expenses.

If the draft is approved, the units will complete the merger and arrangement before November 30.
