Attending the event were Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Long An Provincial Party Committee for Mass Mobilization - Nguyen Viet Cuong; Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union - Tran Hai Phu; representatives of Sen Vang Entertainment Company and representatives of the Central Youth Union's Children's Working Committee, local leaders, medical staff and doctors of Tan Tru District Medical Center.
In order to raise awareness and responsibility of the Youth Union and Young Pioneers at all levels in the work of protecting, caring for andeducating children and teenagers, and continuing to effectively implement the campaign "For beloved juniors", the Central Young Pioneers Council coordinated with Sen Vang Entertainment Company, Sunbeams Organization and Miss Thuy Tien to inaugurate and hand over a playground for children at Tan Tru District General Hospital, Long An Province.
The children's playground includes: 1 set of slides, 1 set of 4-seat swings, 1 bouncy animal, 1 seesaw with a total value of 40 million VND. The project contributes to creating more space for children to play, helping them develop comprehensively both physically and mentally.
At the program, the Central Council of the Young Pioneers awarded 10 scholarships to 10 studious students with difficult circumstances in Tan Tru district, each worth 1 million VND. At the same time, the Central Council of the Young Pioneers, Sen Vang Entertainment Company, Sunbeams Organization and Miss Thuy Tien presented 20 gifts to 20 children being treated at Tan Tru District Medical Center.
The model road named Nguyen Van Chau (Duc Tan commune, Tan Tru district) has 35 solar-powered lamp posts and 35 national flags installed.
On this occasion, Tan Tru District Youth Union held the inauguration ceremony of the model road "Bright - Green - Clean - Beautiful - Civilized - Safe" awarded by the Central Youth Union and the Central Council of Young Pioneers. The model road named after Nguyen Van Chau (Duc Tan commune, Tan Tru district) was installed with 35 solar-powered lamp posts and 35 national flags with a total cost of 50 million VND.
The delegation also visited and burned incense at the Vam Nhut Tao historical site . This is a meaningful activity to commemorate and express gratitude on the occasion of the 156th anniversary of the death of Mr. Nguyen Trung Truc./.
