The Nam Sach District Veterans Association (Hai Duong) has successfully helped and reformed 122 backward youths, contributing to maintaining local security and order.

From 2023 to present, the Nam Sach District Veterans Association has successfully reformed 122 out of 153 backward youths, reaching a rate of nearly 80%. This is considered one of the breakthrough activities with practical significance, demonstrating the exemplary role and responsibility of the association in the community.

Typical units in this work include the Veterans Associations of Thai Tan, An Son, Dong Lac, Tran Phu communes and Nam Sach town.

To effectively carry out this breakthrough work, 100% of the association's branches have assigned members with exemplary qualities, prestige, and responsibility to participate in rehabilitation groups. This work is carried out in close coordination with the police force, local authorities, and schools in screening and educating young people with deviant behaviors. Thanks to perseverance and dedication, many problem students have returned to school, and slow-learning youth have reintegrated into the community, stabilizing their lives and jobs.
