The Congress announced the decision of the An Giang Provincial Veterans Association to appoint the Executive Committee of the Dong Hoa Commune Veterans Association, term VIII, consisting of 21 members. Comrade Pham Minh Thong holds the position of Chairman of the Association for the 2025-2030 term.
