Upon detecting the fire, members of the factory's Fire Prevention, Firefighting, and Rescue Team quickly pressed the fire alarm button and simultaneously telephoned the factory director, the 114 Command Information Center, the People's Committee of Binh An Commune, and the Binh An Commune Police.

Authorities evacuated and rescued people.

Professional firefighters dealt with the fire.
Following orders from the An Giang Fishing Port Management Board to mobilize forces and resources for firefighting, rescue, and relief operations, firefighting and rescue teams from companies, businesses, and enterprises at Tac Cau Fishing Port came to assist in rescuing victims, moving property, and extinguishing fires.
Upon receiving the report, the Fire Prevention, Firefighting and Rescue Police Department dispatched 1 command vehicle, 1 rescue vehicle, 5 fire trucks, 1 equipment transport vehicle, 2 pickup trucks, 3 pumps, and 2 air compressors to the scene to extinguish the fire and conduct rescue operations.
