The National Scientific Conference: The era of digital transformation: opportunities and challenges for Vietnamese IT enterprises is part of the 17th IT Day Program in 2025 to listen to the opinions of managers, experts, scientists, and delegates on the theoretical basis of the policy system in science and technology development and innovation; the innovation capacity of Vietnamese IT enterprises and the policy-making experience of countries around the world to create a foundation for IT enterprises to improve their innovation capacity. From there, the assessment draws out the opportunities and challenges for Vietnamese IT enterprises.
In his opening speech at the Workshop, Dr. Nguyen Trung Tuan - Vice Principal of the School of Technology (National Economics University) emphasized that Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation has shown the special importance of digital transformation that has been taking place strongly in all areas of economic and social life in the country. The organization of this Workshop aims to discuss and exchange experiences between researchers and Vietnamese IT enterprises on the opportunities and challenges in the operation process for Vietnamese IT enterprises. Dr. Nguyen Trung Tuan hopes that the Workshop will receive many comments and recommendations from experts, scientists, and delegates on solutions to limit barriers, seize opportunities to achieve digital transformation goals, promote innovation and improve management efficiency in Vietnamese IT enterprises...
Speaking at the workshop, Comrade Tong Thanh Hai - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of Lai Chau Provincial People's Committee emphasized that Lai Chau is gradually innovating and developing comprehensively, especially focusing on the application of science and technology and digital transformation in management, production and business to create a strong driving force for sustainable socio-economic development in the province. Organizing the workshop as well as the 17th IT Day Program in 2025 in Lai Chau is not only an opportunity for Lai Chau province to exchange and learn experiences from managers, experts, scientists, and leading delegates in the field of information technology, but also an opportunity to promote the image, people and development potential of Lai Chau to domestic and foreign friends. He believes that this event will open up many opportunities for cooperation and connection between information technology and the production, service and tourism sectors of the province, contributing to the rapid and sustainable development of Lai Chau in the digital integration period...

On this occasion, the Organizing Committee of the Conference presented 20 Smartphones, Viettel Lai Chau gave 20 Viettel SIM cards to poor households in difficult circumstances in Na Bo village, Coc Pa, Tan Phong ward, Lai Chau province.
