For the Dang Thai Mai Road construction project phase I, the total recovered area is 84,338.6 m² with 184 households and many related types of land. Tay Ho District People's Committee has issued a decision approving specific land prices for each location, with prices ranging from 54.9 million VND/m² to more than 188 million VND/m² depending on the location, to ensure the legitimate rights of households.
The project has a total investment of more than 550 billion VND, the total length of the route is 1.26 km, the cross-section is from 20.5 m to 93.6 m, is the "backbone" connecting traffic, reducing congestion for the Quang An peninsula area and at the same time creating a green landscape axis - lake - cultural works around West Lake. Up to now, most of the area has been counted and compensation plans have been made, some cases where the site has not been handed over are being continued by the ward, combined with coercive measures according to regulations.

Meanwhile, the Pearl Theater and thematic cultural and artistic park project covers an area of 21,730 m², reclaiming land from 36 households and 7 organizations, mainly agricultural land. This is part of a project complex of more than 191,000 m² in Quang An peninsula, with a total investment of more than 12,756 billion VND (equivalent to 500 million USD), invested by Sun City Company Limited - a member of Sun Group . The theater is designed to float on the water surface of Dam Tri, about 38 m high, with modern architecture inspired by pearls, expected to become a "new cultural symbol of the Capital", qualified to organize international art events. The project has been approved for detailed planning at a scale of 1/500 in November 2024, expected to start construction in October 2025 along with seven other key projects to celebrate the 71st anniversary of the Capital Liberation Day, and will be fully completed in phase 2029.

Informing the press, comrade Dang Van Hoi - Party Committee member, Director of Tay Ho Ward Infrastructure Investment Project Management Board, affirmed that the ward determined that the above two projects not only have significance in terms of traffic infrastructure but also are strategic highlights in developing culture - arts, improving the quality of life and creating momentum for socio - economic development for the locality. In the coming time, the ward will continue to resolutely handle cases of delayed site handover, at the same time, strengthen dialogue, promptly resolve problems, coordinate with the district and departments and branches of the City to basically complete the site clearance work in the fourth quarter of 2025, ensuring the project starts construction on schedule.
The two projects, when completed, will contribute to shaping a new urban appearance for the West Lake area, both modern, civilized, and rich in cultural identity, meeting people's expectations and becoming a new symbol of the Capital in the upcoming development period.
