Strengthening land management, construction order and urban environment

HNP - Cau Giay Ward Party Committee has just passed a Resolution to strengthen the Party's leadership in land management, urban order, construction order, and environmental sanitation in the area.

On October 1, the Executive Committee of the Cau Giay Ward Party Committee, term I, 2025-2030, held the Second Conference to review and approve important contents under its authority.

At the conference, the Party Executive Committee of Cau Giay Ward, Term I, approved the full-term working program of the Party Executive Committee of the Ward; the socio -economic development plan of the Ward for the period 2026-2030; the Party Committee's plan on leading the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and the election of deputies to People's Councils at all levels for the term 2026-2031. Notably, the Resolution on strengthening the Party's leadership in land management, urban order, construction order, and environmental sanitation in the area was approved by the Party Executive Committee of the Ward.

Accordingly, Cau Giay ward identified 7 main targets including: granting Land Use Right Certificates to eligible cases reaching 100%; strictly and effectively managing land plots and plots under the ward's authority reaching 100%; detecting and handling 100% of violations of land, urban order, and construction order; controlling licensed construction works reaching 100%; collecting daily household waste in accordance with regulations reaching 100%; collecting wastewater into the treatment system reaching 95%.

The leaders of Cau Giay ward affirmed that the management of land, urban order, construction order and environmental sanitation is an important task, closely linked to the goal of developing the urban appearance in a civilized, modern and synchronous direction. This is also a complex field, requiring implementation in accordance with the direction of superiors and mobilizing the participation of the entire political system.

To realize the set goals, Cau Giay ward will strengthen the leadership role of the Party Committee and government; step up inspection, supervision, and strict handling of violations, especially clearly defining the responsibilities of direct managers if violations occur.

At the same time, the ward focuses on propaganda work, raising awareness of party members and people in complying with the law, maintaining urban order and environmental sanitation. Emulation movements to build civilized residential groups and a "bright - green - clean - beautiful" environment will also continue to be launched, contributing to creating an increasingly spacious and modern urban appearance.
