FPT continues to win 'double' IR Awards

FPT was honored in both award categories of the 2025 IR Awards for Listed Enterprises with the Best Investor Relations Activities (IR Awards 2025).

On October 2,FPT was honored in both award categories of the 2025 IR Awards for Listed Enterprises with the Best Investor Relations Activities (IR Awards 2025).

Specifically, FPT was honored as one of the Top 3 Large-Cap Non-Financial Enterprises with IR activities most favored by investors and Top 3 Large-Cap Non-Financial Enterprises with IR activities most highly appreciated by financial institutions. According to the Organizing Committee, FPT is one of the few enterprises recognized for meeting information disclosure standards for 10 consecutive years.

IR Awards honors businesses that comply with information disclosure, strategic management, transparent financial communication, and achieve effective communication between businesses, the financial community, and other components, contributing to reasonable valuation of corporate securities and optimal corporate value.

The award has been co-organized annually by Vietstock, the Vietnam Association of Financial Executives (VAFE), and the Finance and Life Electronic Magazine (FiLi) for over a decade (2011 - 2025). In 2025, IR Awards conducted a survey of 691 enterprises on HoSE and HNX from May 1, 2024 to April 30, 2025.

As the first IT company listed on the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange in 2006, FPT always identifies IR as an important activity for business development and strives to ensure transparent governance that meets international standards.

At FPT, the IR department reports directly to the Board of Directors. The collaboration between FPT leadership and the IR department ensures that information about FPT's business operations, financial situation and development strategy is communicated accurately, transparently, promptly and consistently to investors.

At the same time, IR activities at FPT are coordinated between departments, including the financial analysis, communications and IR teams, with the aim of optimizing communication with investors, maintaining good relationships and transparency of financial information. In 2024 and the first 6 months of 2025, FPT organized over 280 exchanges with domestic and foreign investors. Hundreds of analysts also participated in quarterly meetings organized by FPT's IR department.

In particular, in the context of economic fluctuations and FPT pursuing new strategies such as AI, semiconductors, green transformation... IR activities play a key role in the Company's timely dissemination of key technology trends, sharing long-term growth orientations and plans to turn opportunities into reality. This helps investors understand the development potential of the enterprise.

At the same time, IR activities are not only a one-way communication channel but also a channel for listening to feedback from investors. In the context of businesses needing to adapt quickly to market changes, feedback from investors helps the Board of Directors improve governance policies towards international standards, adjust expectations more reasonably and better forecast trends of investor interest.

As one of the few enterprises that have been recognized as an Enterprise that meets information disclosure standards for 10 consecutive years, FPT always ensures that 100% of the information content that needs to be disclosed according to regulations is updated by FPT simultaneously on the Group's website in both Vietnamese and English as well as on the prescribed channels, mass media channels, periodic meetings with investors, the press, etc.

Regarding quarterly financial reports, FPT is always one of the few VN30 companies that submits reports the earliest. In all discussions and meetings with investors and at the annual General Meeting of Shareholders, investors have the right to proactively ask questions related to the Group's operations and receive full answers from the company's leaders.

Not only ensuring compliance with the disclosure of information in accordance with the regulations for listed companies, FPT also proactively publicly discloses to investors and shareholders information that is not subject to mandatory disclosure such as monthly business results, cooperation contracts, information on technological capacity, human resources, or expansion of presence scale, etc. Through this, it helps investors and shareholders easily learn and have a comprehensive and overall view of FPT.

According to the 2025 Stock Market Information Disclosure Survey Report, fully complying with information disclosure regulations and maintaining a continuous presence in the list of Enterprises meeting Information Disclosure Standards is not an easy process – even for large or industry-leading enterprises. This is a real challenge that requires systematicity, commitment from business leaders and a solid information governance foundation.

According to this Report, the group of Enterprises meeting the Information Disclosure Standards often has a higher profitability in the market. The average value of ROEA and ROAA of this group is significantly higher than that of the remaining listed enterprises. 85% of the stocks appearing most in the investment portfolios of funds and self-employed are Enterprises meeting the Information Disclosure Standards.

Transparent information disclosure is not only a legal obligation, but has become an important competitive advantage in accessing capital, attracting long-term investment cash flow and building sustainable trust in the market.

IR Awards is a program to honor listed companies with the best IR activities, held annually since 2011. The program is co-organized by Vietstock, the Vietnam Association of Financial Executives (VAFE), and the Finance and Life Electronic Magazine (FiLi).
